If you scored 33 to 65 - You have met most of the feriFIT criteria for emotional fitness. You have a healthy level of confidence and self-esteem. You are easily able to identify and manage your own emotions and the emotions of others. You embrace constructive criticism to improve your skills and performance in life and at work. If you scored 66 to 131 – You have met some of the feriFIT criteria for emotional fitness. There are learning opportunities that would improve your emotional fitness skills. You could be more aware of how your emotions negatively impact yourself and others. Your negative self-talk may impact your performance and get in the way of realising your true potential. You are challenged to bounce back from adversity and may need support knowing how to recover from the stresses of the day. You may be approaching burn out. If you scored 132 to 165 - You have not yet met the feriFIT criteria for being emotionally fit. This is an area of challenge for you. You may be burnt out and easily triggered into a negative emotional state. A lack of self-confidence and self-esteem may manifest by losing sight of perspective and the positive when negative emotions are triggered.
